Entry Level Manager
Description: Responsible
for daily operations including interfacing with corporate
office on staffing and H/R issues. Responsibilities
will include but not limited to: growth and development
of subordinate personnel, all aspects of safety, quality
assurance, cost tracking, service delivery and morale.
Salary Range: $30,000-$37,500/yr.
Hours: 40+ All Shifts
Requirements: 4-year degree
in Business, Communication, Psychology, Hospitality
or related field. Must be flexible, creative and be
able to lead others toward a common goal. Coaching or
teaching experience is helpful. Willingness to work
hard and accept new challenges a must. No experience
for entry-level jobs necessary. Recent graduates and
seniors are encouraged to submit their resumes.

Large Account Manager
Description: Responsibilities
will include but not limited to: P/L of Account, budgeting,
staffing and H/R, safety compliance, quality assurance,
cost tracking, service delivery and morale for cleaning
and maintenance accounts with revenues of $500k+. Large
account managers are also responsible for growth and
development of subordinate management and staff within
account.
Salary Range: Commensurate
with Experience and Responsibility.
Hours: 40+ All Shifts
Requirements: 4-year degree
in Business, Communication, Psychology, Human Resources,
Hospitality or other related fields. Must be flexible,
creative and be able to lead others toward a common
goal. Coaching or teaching experience is helpful. Willingness
to work hard and accept new challenges a must. Two to
five years of leadership experience as well as a proven
record of leading and developing subordinate management
personnel, as well as a history of developing operating
systems within a service or industrial setting is also
required.

Regional Manager
Description: Responsibilities
will include but not limited to: growth and development
of region by acquiring new accounts and developing existing
accounts. Regional managers are responsible for P/L
of region as well as all safety, quality assurance,
cost tracking, service delivery and morale of region
as well as growth and development of all subordinate
staff and management. Regional managers must be operationally
strong and growth oriented. This position reports to
Director of Operations.
Salary Range: Commensurate
with Experience and Responsibility.
Hours: 40+ All Shifts
Requirements: 4-year degree
in Business, Communication, Psychology, Communication,
H/R, Hospitality or related field. The regional manager
must be flexible, creative and be able to lead others
toward a common goal. Coaching or teaching experience
is helpful. Willingness to work hard and accept new
challenges a must. Five years or more of leadership
experience as well as a proven record of leading and
developing subordinate management personnel is required
along with a proven history of developing operating
systems within a service environment. Regional managers
must have experience at running large or multi-site
facilities where control systems are necessary. Customer
service/sales also required.
