The Scioto management team is recruited
through an extensive interview process. Upon hire, new
management staff (and associates alike) receives intense
training in several areas. They are professionally trained
internally AND on the job site. We believe when a client
hires Scioto, they are adding members to their own staff.
The job of our management staff is to provide solutions
for the client allowing them to focus on their job or
business.
More often than not, service companies
create problems than solutions, due to untrained or
