The New Standard in Cleaning
Associate Profile: Cynthia Blair

In just six months at Wrap Guard, Cynthia Blair has been selected by her peers twice to be the Wrap Guard Associate of the month. The key to her success is clear: reliability and positive attitude. According to Account Manager Jennifer Detrick, Cynthia is known her morale boosting, upbeat attitude and for gladly offering to

fill in for other associates when time off is needed. According to Jennifer, “With Cynthia’s active role in the driving process, she does an excellent job lowering the inventory by hustling and motivating the crew to keep the cars moving. She is always volunteering for extra projects and overtime assignments and we know we can count on her when they arise.”

With previous work experience in the food service and factory environments and as a stay-at-home mother, Cynthia is now thriving in a team atmosphere. “I really like the interaction with people, since my other experiences were of a much more independent nature.”

With superior attendance and a record of excellence in job and process quality, Cynthia is relied upon by management to help train new associates. Jennifer adds, “Cynthia is very willing and able to provide newcomers with a comprehensive overview of our expectations.”

Cynthia and her husband of 16 years, Terry, reside in Richwood, Ohio with their two children, Jessica and Kevin. In her free moments, she enjoys spending time with her family and appreciating the outdoors.

OSU Shows Appreciation for a Job Well Done

With just over one year service to the OSU account, Scioto Associate Joe Singleton has received three letters of appreciation for his quality contributions. Most recently, Susan Litton, OSU Director, Financial Training and Documentation, was compelled to write a letter expressing her gratitude for the services she has come to depend on from Joe. According to Susan, “Joe is a delight to work with. He is pleasant and diligent in his work.”

Susan elaborates on the importance of Joe’s reliability in her document:

“ Because we operate off-site from our training facility, it is especially valuable to be able to rely on consistent, good service. From day one, Joe has given us consistent, wonderful service. Joe consults our training calendar and always has the room clean and neat in preparation, exactly the way we need it. We can rely on the good condition of the training room. This has saved us time and opportunity cost, and has been a tremendous help to our program.”

Her acknowledgement did not go unnoticed by Joe. “It feels good to be appreciated,” he says. “I enjoy working with these folks. We get along like a champ. Everyone knows me and I like to make sure they know that if they need me to take care of a specia l request for them, I will squeeze it in as soon as I possibly can.”

OSU Financial Training and Documentation maintains a shared training facility in Mount Hall on the West Campus. The evening before each workshop the room must be set up for the following day. Joe Singleton consults the training calendar to have the room clean and neat in preparation.
